Refund policy

Return window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of the date your order is delivered. Requests made more than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

How to request a return
Sign in to your account at seoulcontemporary.com/account with the email address you used to order, open your order, select Request return, choose the item(s) and a reason, and submit. You can also open your order from the "View your order" link in your order confirmation or shipping email. Your order number serves as proof of purchase. Once your request is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging along with any hangers and complimentary gifts. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery; items with missing, removed, damaged, or stained tags or labels; or items with odors from perfume, perspiration, or deodorant.

Non-returnable items
Items marked as final sale or otherwise identified as non-returnable, gift cards, and personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return fees
For change-of-mind returns (including size or color), a flat return shipping fee of $9.99 and a restocking fee of 5% of the returned item's purchase price are deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of our approval, please contact us at hello [at] seoulcontemporary [dot] com.

Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or color of the same item are available, subject to availability. Request an exchange the same way as a return and note the size or color you'd like.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello [at] seoulcontemporary [dot] com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right. Return shipping and restocking fees do not apply in these cases.

Order cancellations
You can cancel an order from your account's order page within 15 minutes of placing it, as long as it has not yet been fulfilled.
